- Crow’s feet exercise
Smile and place your fingertips on the wrinkles around your eyes. Try to resist the resulting pressure by tensing the muscle parts under your eyes. This exercise not only helps to eliminate the so-called “crow’s feet”, but also prevents sagging and sagging of the skin.
- Tense lips
