Spring has finally arrived! And it’s just a short step away from warm and sunny summer days when you’ll be lounging on the beach. During the winter we often gain a bit of body. This is normal! But if you want to prepare it for summer it is worth taking care of it today and introduce to your menu green smoothies. These will not only cleanse and nourish your body, but also allow you to lose weight. So meet these 5 reliable smoothies!

Green smoothies have a cleansing effect as well as being highly nutritious. They are a wealth of precious macro and micronutrients that will strengthen your hair, skin and nails. Shakes will therefore benefit your health, appearance and well-being. What is more, they will allow you to lose excess weight.

To make green smoothies you will need a blender and of course some green vegetables and fruits. Remember to enrich each cocktail with healthy fats, thanks to which it will be better absorbed by your body.

Cocktail with pear, banana and spinach

  • Banana
  • Handful of spinach
  • Green pear
  • Parsley
  • Cashew nuts
  • Glass of water
  • Juice of a whole lemon or lime

Wash, peel and chop the fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces, then throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you start your day with a smoothie, it’s a good idea to add a few tablespoons of oatmeal to it.

Green smoothie with spinach, orange and spirulina

  • Handful of spinach
  • Kiwi
  • Cucumber
  • Orange
  • Spoon of spirulina
  • Glass of water
  • Juice of half a lemon or lime
  • Avocado or cashew nuts

Wash, peel and cut fruits and vegetables into smaller pieces, then put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you start your day with a smoothie, it’s a good idea to add a few tablespoons of oatmeal to it.

Avocado and plain yogurt smoothie

  • 200-250 ml plain yoghurt
  • Parsley
  • Avocado
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • Handful of kale

Wash the avocado and parsley, then chop and put into a blender. Blend until smooth. If you start your day with a smoothie, it’s a good idea to add a few tablespoons of oatmeal to it.

Celery, kale and kiwi smoothie

  • Stalk of celery
  • Kiwi
  • Handful of cashew nuts
  • Handful of fresh kale or spinach
  • 2 cups water

Wash, peel and then put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If you start your day with a smoothie, it is worth adding a few tablespoons of oatmeal to it.

Shake with celery, apple and spinach

  • Apple
  • Handful of spinach
  • Stalk of celery
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • A glass of water
  • Juice from half a lemon or lime
